<p>La <strong>zuppa di lenticchie all&#8217;indiana</strong>, caratteristico appunto della <a href="http://www.gingerandtomato.com/category/cucina-indiana/" target="_blank">cucina indiana</a>, di solito si prepara con <a href="http://www.gingerandtomato.com/ricette-orientali/lo-zenzero-spezia-antica-per-palati-moderni/" target="_blank">zenzero</a> fresco, da noi difficile da trovare ed eventualmente sostituibile con quello in polvere in bustina.
