<h3>Pan brioche.</h3>
<p><em>Sapete quel pane morbidissimo, molto versatile, ideale sia per dolci che per ricette salate?</em> Ebbene proprio quello, <strong>il Pan Brioche</strong>. Molte sono le ricette che ho provato ma quella che vi propongo quest’oggi, oltre ad essere stata sperimentata da me in persona (<em>che è già una garanzia</em>) è una delle versioni di pan brioche più morbide che abbia mai provato.</p>
<p>Molto importante è <strong>la forma che viene data al pan brioche</strong>: si può realizzare il classico panetto stile <strong>pane del Mulino Bianco</strong>, in questo caso vi potrebbe tornare utile la macchina per fare il pane, oppure a forma di treccia, oppure preparando tante palline ed infornandole si potrebbe preparare una squisita <a href="http://www.gingerandtomato.com/ricette-dolci/la-torta-di-pane/" target="_blank">torta rustica</a>. Ma le preparazioni sono davvero molte: panettoni salati, tramezzini, antipasti a base di <a href="http://www.gingerandtomato.com/ricette-feste/menu-di-capodanno/" target="_blank">mousse di prosciutto</a> o <a href="http://www.gingerandtomato.com/ricette-feste/foie-gras-i/" target="_blank">foie gras</a>, ecc.</p>
